HUNTING IS LIFE….. JUST ASK MY WIFE!!!! I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 25 years. We have two beautiful daughters and two awesome grandsons. I know it is hard to tell I am a papaw from the pics, but, I must admit, I am the COOLEST one around!

I have been an outdoorsman all my life and started fishing and hunting with my father. I’m carrying on this tradition with my daughters. My oldest, Cori, and I won an adult/youth turkey calling contest when she was eight. My youngest, Cara, is an avid hunter and shoots her bow ALMOST as well as I. She took her first deer with a bow last year and her excitement was priceless.

I truly enjoy all aspects of hunting from scouting, placing trail cameras, shed hunting, filming, hunting, cooking, making jerky, and definitely eating, the entire process of deer hunting is LIFE. I also enjoy hunting turkey, rabbit, squirrel and ducks when I have the time. One of my most memorable hunts was in 2003 when I went to Canada and took a black bear with my bow. I plan to go out West in the near future and try my luck at harvesting a mule deer.

It’s great to be involved with 3B Outdoors and have met some of the most amazing people. They are truly the most professional people I know and I am grateful to share my love of hunting with people who are as passionate about the sport as I am.
